This pendant is one of a kind and features a repouse’ bird, that was made while I was in Africa.
I spent a few months there and erected a small makeshift studio with just a few tools.  
The piece was inspired by the tenacious little plovers that I photographed on the beach in front of the cottage.  Storms would rage and they would somehow find a way to weather it all, reappearing as soon as it all passed.
4 fine silver medallions,  featuring blue topaz gems and a 14kt gold droplet adorn the sturdy sterling chain.
The bird medallion is heavy and is meant to look like something uncovered by the storm surge - weathered and unique.
The medallion measures 1.5” in diameter while the chain is 22” long and adjustable shorter.
