This piece is all about capturing the delicate nuances of the Namib desert.
It’s all about the feeling of being surrounded by wide open spaces, arid, dry landscapes, and being open to finding the hidden beauty!
The piece has a beautiful raw Goboboseb crystal from Namibia and a pink/peach raw garnet as well as a sand cast cowrie.
The significance of the cowrie shell is that the cast was made by me, from a vintage “money/trade” shell worn by the Himba tribe of Namibia.
Chain is sterling silver and is 28inches long and adjustable, excluding the 3 inch gem ensemble.
