Care Instructions
Your item is a piece of art first and foremost. It is handmade and should be handled with care.
I would love for you to enjoy your art jewelry for years to come and for this to happen there are a few precautions you should take:

1. Please avoid swimming, bathing, or showering in your jewelry, though precious metals can generally withstand these conditions, some stones are soft and porous and can become fractured or discolored over time from excessive exposure to extreme temperatures and water submersion.
2. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure.
3. Never use any jewelry solvent/cleaners or ultrasonic/steam cleaners as these will damage the surface of your stone.
4. Please don’t wear your art piece while working with chemicals that can discolor the metal, such as chlorine or ammonia.
5. As sterling silver has a tendency to tarnish, please store your silver in an anti-tarnish bag if you like that shiny finish.
6. To polish up your piece, I recommend a Sunshine brand polishing cloth which is available online or by contacting me via email.
7. Lastly be mindful of how you handle your pieces….although my pieces are built to last, use good judgment when wearing them. For example….. no swimming with sharks while wearing your jewelry!
